We accept returns in the rare event that receive an item that is defective or incorrect.
To be eligible the item must be unworn, unused, and unaltered. Returned in its original condition and packaging, and reported within 3 days of delivery of purchase.
Items showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage cannot be accepted.
If you are eligible you can,
1. In Store: Bring the item to our store along with your receipt or proof of purchase. Our staff will inspect the item and guide you through the next steps.
2. Online: Contact us at Support@love14k.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item.
Once we’ve reviewed your item, we’ll let you know the next steps to move forward.
If we determine an item is defective or incorrect, we will offer a replacement (if available) or store credit equal to the original purchase amount.
Please note that normal wear, accidental damage, or improper care are not considered defects.
The exchange process works similarly to the return process.
Each piece of jewelry will be carefully evaluated. If approved, it will be accepted and store credit will be issued.
